What Affects the Cover and Delivery
Window wells can be curved, rectangular, deep or irregular. The wall surface, nearby obstructions and desired opening method affect the proposed design. Large or unusual covers may also need a different shipping arrangement.
A clear polycarbonate cover helps reduce rain, snow and debris entering the well while keeping daylight available to the basement window. It does not replace drainage, grading or a review of egress requirements.
